Cyrtodactylus sanook - A Newly Described Thai Cave Gecko

Another new species of Cyrtodactylus bent-toed gecko has been described from a cave in Thailand. Cyrtodactylus sanook Pauwels, Sumontha, Latinne & Grismer 2013 was found in a cave in Chumphon and is described in Zootaxa Vol. 3635 No. 3 pp275-285.

Tham Pha Phueng 'deepened' to 404m depth and length extended to 4.1km with discovery of 500m series of passages within 75m of entrance.
Cave NA0122 surveyed 340m, exploration not complete.
